EAP Support

Are you seeking effective ways to navigate personal or professional challenges such as burnout, conflict, depression, or anxiety?

Do you want practical, in-the-moment tools you can use—both at home and at work—to reduce stress, set healthy boundaries, and feel empowered to reach your goals?

Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) are a wonderful way for employers to support the well-being of their teams—helping you feel your best both at work and in life.

If you’ve received an EAP referral and are wondering how I might support you on your healing journey, let’s connect. I offer a free 20-minute consultation so we can explore what would be most helpful for you.

In our consultation we will:

  • Discuss your current struggles and strengths.
  • Learn about what has helped you in the past, and what hasn’t.
  • Explore your hopes and goals for this work.

From there, I’ll suggest 1–3 personalized next steps to help you move forward.

About Saumya and Her Approach to Therapy

Saumya is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Yoga Therapist, and Ketamine-Assisted Therapist who offers a compassionate space for those navigating depression, anxiety, burnout, trauma, or the tender challenge of learning to love the body they live in.

While she can work from a traditional “talk therapy” lens, Saumya’s approach is deeply rooted in the wisdom of the body. She gently supports the physiology and nervous system in finding balance, helping you discover new pathways toward emotional ease and resilience.

Your time together might weave in thoughtful conversation, nervous system education, gentle movement to soothe and regulate, mindfulness practices, and exploration of how emotions flow through and resolve in the body.

Saumya also offers Ketamine-Assisted Therapy for those seeking deeper or alternative avenues for healing. Please note that this service is generally not covered by Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), as the journey often extends beyond the typical 3–8 session format.
